What is Awakening Enchancement Scroll?

Someone dropped that in town and my pet picked it up. I tried to use it on some of my gear, but it won't work. Anyone have any idea what is it for? Is it worth selling or should I just toss it away.

It is for the Devil spirit, you can buy this item with gold from an Npc so re-selling it won't give you much btw.
It is used to + the devil spirit.
