Guild mark registration

Hey,
I am trying to get myself a guild mark but it wont work, i already bought the scroll so its in my invetory..
I did the following:
1. found a pic on google and transfered it to paint.
2. Saved the paint document as 24 bit map in my pictures..
3. Opened it with microsoft picture manager and resized it to 16 x 16 and saved it in Sro-R files..
4. Renamed it to "guildmark"

5. Tried to register it and i get the message that the file aint correctly sized or in the correct bitmap...???
What to do?
