i want to unlock and avatar outfit i bought from silk mall. when i right click the key it says "You must have completed email verification. If you have not yet undergone email verification, please do so on our website." I changed my email for silkroad and i was sent a verification email but when i right click the key i still get that same message. Am i doing something wrong?

The Key doesn't unlock Silk mall items, it only unlocks the items that were locked with using a "lock".
