How do you get to Mirror Dimension for 111-1120 mobs?

i want to go there to party at higher lvl mobs. How do you get there? and is their a lvl limit to get into their?

In the pserver I was on the teleporter was from Jangan, no idea where it's located in the official sro's though.

Teleport is at entrance of jupiter's temple. (atleast on some pservers)

Nah but seriously i guess that you can enter from that teleporter near constantinople too (south west where there was a quest to summon Cerebrus).

You can teleport to Mirror Dimension at the entrance to Jupiter Temple. You can get out through the teleporter in that little zone with NPCs(outside Mirror Dimension that place is close to Thunder Waterfall), that is also the place where you'll spawn when teleporting in. If you go to Jupiter Temple in the Mirror Dimension, you see a teleporter that can take you to Hall of Worship or Zealots' Hideout.
There is a level restriction. I don't know how high though. I'd say, maybe 105.

You can enter when you are lvl 106.
