Alright guys and gals, ive been away from sro for a hell of a long time, something like 6 years now! but upon my recent return i notice the lack of armor being worn by chinese characters, it seems everyone favours the garments. now is there a reason for this?
The main reason i want to know is because im sick of seeing the same str combinations of str/fire/garment im thinking of trying something a little different in the form of a str/cold/armor tank, would this work and work well at that?

Yeah ive decided to step away from the mainstream and go for a little something i made up for fun, i have gone for a bit of a hybrid with a balance of 90phys:40magic, blade and armor to give me that extra bit of defence along with ice 
if it doesnt work out too well then im thinking of switching to 70:70 bow or spear at 47.
Any tips on these working, or how to make them do so would be grand!
