Shield's BR white can be increased with Attribute Stone Of Agility, you can add a Critical Block blue to it with Magic Stone Of Penetration. You can also put a blue on your weapon that decreases the probability of your enemy blocking your attacks. That can be done with Magic Stone Of Discipline.
