Damage formula and mag balance.

Hey, I play silkroad salvation and in that server int character can reach 120% mag balance which is the maximum even if he adds 10 points to STR. I wanted to know which value is used in silkroad damage formula. is it your total INT value or the reinforce? or is it both? I used to think that the reinforce on your weapon is somehow multiplied by your mag balance. That would mean that I can add those 10 points to STR and barely lose any damage, while getting a bit of phy def and HP. Thanks in advice.
