How does berserk bar charge up?

As you kill mobs, it's charged up irregularly. It might take 10 minutes or 1-2 mintues to be fully charged.

however, it's still random. no way to tell if they'll drop an orb or not. (pst, the yellow ones are skill exp, and the green ones are experience)

that's what those red dots are.. lol.. i have been wondering since.. uhm.. since 43 levels
