PVP Questions

I am now level 28 and I want to start pvp'ing when i am 30... So I have some questions:

-Do you lose exp. when they kill you?
-How comes some people when they die just stand up?
-In pvp what is the best to wear? Protector, armor or garment?

Also I have some other qustions:

-Where is that scroll that will revive you?
-Is the snow storm ice-shot worth having? (the 1st book)
-And how does this snow storm ice-shot look?

That are all of my questions! Bet you thought I would never stop asking. lol

im not really a PVP type person but i can answer one question; u cant lose exp unless ur not using cape thingy

-you can't lose exp caping but you do on a job.
-you can respawn during caping
-just wear whatever suits you - you won't be protected from everyone

-scroll is in item mall
-no - but 2nd book is pretty good (then again you need book 1 for book 2)
-its just like shooting an icecle - low dmg though, stick to fire and light as mains

But I think i will get the ice-shot i am a pure ice type and i dont feel like getting exp for fire or light
