what is this and how to use it?

When used, it will summon a monster which u can attack for exp. This one is for one person, meaning u can take it on your own. There scrolls from a past event, some people still have them.

but how to use it? right click don't work?

I don’t think they work at all anymore, right clicking was the way to go. You’ll have to wait until another event I guess.
