How much higher lvl do you have to be to not get drop's?

Well im looking to do cursed heart quest to redo some skill's, and i figured i could just run threw mangyang, but they dont drop anything for me?
im lvl 52 now, so what's the lowest lvl mob i can run threw to get these heart's?

it seems for me that anything 20 levels or lower doesn't drop normal items. enemies higher than that do. i don't know if the cursed hearts would be different though.

Oh someone got a cursed heart from white tigers, so maybe that'll help

Well that's cuz MangYangs don't have curst hearts! Actually, I don't think they have heats at all. Shesshh
Anyways, blue mobs should have very low drop rates for you. You need to do greens or whites for best bets. Since you're 52, I'd say around 47-48, those should be green for you. You'll have to check the monster map for what those are, I don't have any chars that high yet.
