The lowdown on Guild Emblems

I made a 16x16 24 bit bmp, named it guildmark and placed it in the /programf../silkroad folder
Disabled av and made sure windows firewall was off, restarted computer. Logged into SRO and uploaded the emblem. Put up with the white box for 2-3 weeks then purchased another guild item and deleted it.
Got another 16x16 24 bit bmp, named it guildmark and placed it in the /programf../silkroad folder.
Disabled av and made sure windows firewall was off, restarted computer. Logged into SRO and uploaded the emblem. Looked at a white box for 8-9 weeks this time and got sick of looking at that again today and purchased another guild item and deleted it.
