Idk which quests they are exactly. Check if there are chain quests (Example: You need to do Quest Test1 to unlock quest Test2) understand?

Wow thats indeed wierd. However i have never done this quest, since i am usually on sylakenths or devil worms. And not the sand worm

maybe i have to do the evil bugs and other quests before this. those are hard to kill lol
