Warlock debuffs, DoTs, etc.

If I am a level 76 Warlock with a 9 gap (67 FF) and I wanted to farm at wing chasers (level 85 mobs). Would my debuffs and DoTs land on the target? Or would the mob just resist?

they might resist a few times, but yea, you can land debuffs.

Begin 8d debuffs on high end 9d mobs, I highly doubt you will get much stats on them.

disease helps a lot, since it's a lvl higher than your other statuses.

First of all start with disease.

Disease will result in a increase of about 80% for other stats.
And since you are debuffing higher mobs it is STRONGLY recommended.
