I have a SOS 7D bow. What blue stats do I have to put on it?

Strength , Intelligence , duriability , attack rate .

These are nice ones to have in any weapon .

Should I add block ratio as well?

Probably won't need it a lot at 7d, but if you're flush with gold why not.

Steady/lucky too if you want to try for +5

He doen't need Steady for a +5 , duriability don't get reduced when failing when tring to plus it 1-5 , But if he want to go more than +5 , then he will have to start using it .

How does one add these attributes to a weapon?

Need stones, ruby or jade. Green - jade - is usually the common one, ruby aren't used quite as much but still useful. You can either buy stones or create using elements and tablets.

Like meditation and philosophy would be good for a magical weapon, ditto for challenge and courage for a physical weapon. Bow would require both.

What about the Glavie weapon? Which would you recommend?
Once I have the stones, rubies or those jades, how do I enhance the weapon with 'em? Via alchemy i suppose but how?

phys reinforce - life
phys attack power - courage
crit - challenge
att rate - focus
str, int
dura - master
block ratio for pvp - or maybe those pesky niya that block
penetration or discipline, I can't remember which it is.

edit: I never really pimped Chinese weapons but since they do both phys and mag, can't hurt to up the magical reinforce too for imbue - meditation.

Is lucky powder needed, like it is in the plusing process?

Nope, hit Y, go to strengthen, put the item in, put the stone in, go.

Most of them have only a percentage chance to succeed and then a smaller chance to get the maximum possible. Be ready to spend a least few million on stones. I think I spent 20 mil on my 76 Sun staff bluing it and it's still not at max blues - that is, +100% on everything. I have heard of people spending more than the weapon is worth to get max blues ^_^

I agree, I used to try +1 without a lucky to assess how easy it would plus, but lately, I've been getting +1 about 50% of the time without a lucky. Really stupid. I thought the rate was higher.

Hmmm okay I'll give it a try but not until I cap (lv up to 100) since I don't want to waste any gold on lower level items, thanks for the info.

Well, it depends on your point of view. An unpimped w/ no blues can go for less since that means the buyer has to put these items on it. Of course if you're talking SoSun they have their own value range.

It's like buying a +7 bow vs a +3. The +7 is going to garner more resale value.

I'm not sure we understood each other here, hehe I will try to explain

First off, I play on Elite SRO servers and the rates are really high so people are able to reach the cap pretty fast hence I do not see the point in wasting gold and time on pimping lower degree items since I'll just use them for the short amount of time due to fast leveling..
