When changing weapons, your warrior buffs will be gone. Because warriors like to eat a lot of MP, you will need to use mana orbit like always, so I wouldn't recommend it. But if you are a bard in a party, it will be useful. Just make you have enough MP to use it.
There are 2 different skills : mana cycle and mana orbit. Mana cycle is for lower lvs(10+) and can recovers only TARGET'S MP. Mana orbit recovers ALL PARTY MEMBER'S MP (including yours), but can only be gain at high lvs (90+).

It cannot drain your mp, dont worry, you'll recover it fast enough. Just a tip, use highest level harp you can get your hands on, because it effects MP recovered.

Ok guys what about Mana Breeze, a skill on Lv 70, this seems to be working as same as Mana Orbit on 90s. Should I add this? Does it recover my mana as well?

mana breeze causes mobs to attack you but if you are a str bard that shouldnt be a problem, im not sure if it recovers your own mana, i never use it XD
