I cannot access my account, when I try to log in, it says the character is already connected.
There is only one character on account, and when I try to PM him it says he is offline.
It started to happen when I went to guild storage in Samarkand, and crashed with "?????" error.
Instantly, I tried to relog, but it says that character is connected.
It has been like this for 5-6 hours already.

Did anyone have similar experience, any advices what should I do?

Wait more? Maybe you just gotta wait till the inspection.

Just bad luck and bug , Rarely happens when a character crashes , you will have to wait , normally it only takes a few hours but sometimes it can take a long time .

Try sending a bug report to joymax , they may occassionly read it .

And if all the above does not work you can always try to re-install your sro client.
