I never saw it ingame, is it implemented yet?

It's 120 nuke. Prob in 2-4 more months it'll be in iSRO.

Not yet at isro or ksro .

Ksro will get it 21 this month though .

yea its been in pk2 files for a long time.. i forget the exact level but its in 120 or 130 cap... we shall see it in ksro if its there =D

You will need to wait for some to reach 120 first before seeing it

yea someone who's chinese and using cold nukes, very few, amazing looking skill but so weak, just like the cold rain 2nd book, won't be seen alot.

he pk2 edited it.. so my guess would be he exchanged that one for one of his crappy low lvl lightning nukes or something xD

you don't need to make 120 to see it , you can simply edit your lvl 30 ice nuke to show like that
