Yo SRF,

A guildmate told me there is a quest at lvl 40 and the reward for it is you get all the int and str points back so you can revise ur build. Is this true and what's the quest name/where do I get it?

It's at lvl 47 or something. You get it at the potion lady.

You can only get the quest while you are 47-50 but the items will still drop while you are 40-50 , any lower or higher level will make the quest potions unusable and doesn't drop .

You get it at any potion store .
