what is the highst lvl in the game????

I need to now that my frind is lvl 71 and whan I told a guy in the game he told me 60 is the max lvl and whan the want to silkroad sit thay are having a Gng word champingship 2006 and the lowst lvl can enter is 81 so what is the max lvl in the game
