Anywhere actually , all mobs drop it .
But you can go to taxi places if the items aren't like " The one who kills the mob is the only that can pick it up " .

Mostly ongs due to the plvl and spawn rate. But if you have a 8-man party that kills really fast they seem to spawn too.

Yup the buff eggs , they give 5 different buffs and panadora boxes , key of bloodline IIRC .

Not long, but I tested and they last a little bit while you're offline.
5 str
5 int
300 mp
300 hp
2% dmg inc
2% dmg absorption
Think there are more than that.
