Or "Biginner's" Beginner's Stat Reset Potion (41 ~ 50) since that's how JM spelled it. Two questions:
1. If I reach level 51+, will it stay in my inventory?
2. (Assuming 1 is Yes) If I delevel back to 50 and below (up to 41), will I still be able to use the potion?

I think deleveling works and make you able to use the quest again .
So in the first week in college i went with jeans and the pajama's shirt. Didn't notice what i was wearing till after i returned home.

Yes, it will stay in your inventory after level 50, but you will not be able to use it even if you delevel back to the required levels.
