Key of Bloodline: What is it for?

I have been holding onto this Key of Bloodline since January from the Attendance event. I was wondering what it is used for and if it is useful to me being at lvl 50.
It is used to enter the Roc's summoning place that happens once weekly at a fixed time .
That is one of the least killed uniques in the game and the key of bloodline is only used at the gate of ruler at Roc mountain and you have to be between level 80 and 102 to enter when it is available any more or less levels won't let you enter and rather than the events you can gain a key of bloodline from doing a quest ( a hard and long quest ) .
That unique can drop some exclusive gear when it is killed or so they say .
Beware it has some good attacks and a zerk which makes it tricky to kill it .
