I played this game a few years ago because as I remember, to be any good late game you had to grind a stupid amount of SP for weeks or even months around level 16 or so.

Is this still the same way today? If so, I'm not even gonna touch this game again.

If I can just pick the game up, start playing, and enjoy myself that's cool. But I don't want to feel like I have to log on to be an SP farmer as a second job.

How does the system work now days? I don't remember much about this game.

Well sp farming is still a thing that needs to be done.

Only these days you have the ong plvl, which is much faster then the old bandit system.
You can range from lvl 16 to 28 in there and then dlvl.

Farm about 400-500k sp (you can do 2-3k sp a hour easily without tickets.)

Then you are ready to go 0gap to 90 and hopefully on 90 you got some good friends who can take you into an alexandria party. Which makes gapping even fun, because the exp comes fast anyway.
