Dear Hybird int professionals

After I have been Hacked on isro just before the new cap. I left the game.. As you know I got sad and mad and so on...
Now I think to return to the game, and I need to fix my character. so I need your advise and help.
I'll post my acc photos for more detalis, and I'll post what I want to do, then you can help me.

What I'm thinking is to be
Hybrid int heuksal/light/cold
my questions
- do you advise for this build ?
- how mutch nearly it will cost me to reskill 70 lvl of fire. cause i don't have a lot of money (thank you hacker)
- I need to be hybird but with more mag attack, so how much state points I'll put in the next 30 lvl
- with no premium how much time I need to reach full cap
- I think of make gap 0 tell lvl 110 then re skill down 9 gap to collect sp, what is your advise?
- Finally for those played with hybirds what do you think about it?

Get some naked stats, might be able to help you more then =p

it costs about 15 mil for lv 30 mastery + skills , about 50 mil maybe or even more .

put all your gear, accecory, avatar suits and weapons off, and then make a screenshot of your stats
or is it already naked?

I already readed this guide, its a good one, but it didn't answer my question about the stats to the following 30 level.
how much in int
and how much in str ?

Keep a magical balance of 85 - 90 % naked stats in int so you can do good damage and be able to tank a little .
