hi, I used to purchase premium silk through ultimate game card, but that's option is no longer available for USA players. So, does anyone know some of the ways that I can buy premium silk if I live in the US ???

Buy visa prepaid cards. They are pretty much the exact same thing, but can used on mainly everything online.
There is a guide either in the guides and tutorial section or charatcer skills seciton first or 2nd page with info on how to do it.
