Okay i know this might seem very noob but i have a question....
i know what every is for on the left side of the screen in avatar but what is on the right?
i know one 1 is for job/dragon flag and one is for avatar accessory but what is the other last one that is there?

The Job suit and the Gold Dragon Flag do not go into the same slot.

Top slot is for Gold Dragon Flag, bottom slot is for Job suit. The avatar accessory goes in the middle.

and it shows dragon flag goes int he bottom or did it change after the update

Yep, it's changed now. The screenshot you're referring to, was taken before they implemented the avatar suits.
