Attack Rate on Staffs

Damn this is extremely nooby but I have never messed with this stat. Does is shorten casting time?

When you go to your character screen (default button is C on the keyboard) you will see mag dmg: xxxx ~ xxxx. That is your min and max dmg, now the higher that attack rate on your staff is the higher your hit ratio in that same screen is. With a higher hit ratio you will hit more often towards the higher number (max dmg ofc) of your mag dmg.

So in short, no it does not shorten casting time, it basically increases your average damage.

Yeah I usually leave it on 41% if I get it, anything higher is nice but I won't try it on purpose (unless I had 0% stones ofc).
