Hi, so I won the newbie race event in my server, the one running from start to finish.
it was on sunday 31st of october my time.
GM Rivaer personally told me, after the race finished, that i'd get the SOS 5d reward the next inspection. (cuz I won)
I thought I'd get the reward last tuesday, apparently not...
It's tuesday again and the event officially ended, I still have no reward! T_T

Anyone else here same problem? What do you suggest I do?

I have no idea what to do lol. You might can make a post in the official SRO forums, in the hope someone from joymax reads it.

Or customer support.

joymax has a bad habit of giving out rewards months after the contest has ended. hopefully by next inspection you will have it. but you will get your reward dont worry

Where could you sign up for the newbie race? When they were having it I went to So-Ok, but I couldn't sign up for it. The notice only said that the race was starting soon and didn't say anything about where to sign up for it >.<

you had to be one of the first 20 people to send a message to the GM after he/she announces the race. then they would teleport you to the race area

after 2 years he say he got the prize ^^ welcome to joymax
