Ice nuke lvl 70?

Hi guys, the ice nuke at lvl 70 - Double shot, i can see that it has really low dmg but does it acctully make two hits? or is it just one? I hope you understand what i mean

If in the description it says Successful shots 2/2 or something like that yea it does

I think it is just one shot, an improve on the lvl 30 ice nuke.
However, it is kinda weak.

It doesnt say succefull hits 2 and it has lower dmg then Ice rain so i'm really confused :S

its 1 shot, and it sucks, im 99.99% sure its 1 shot, and 100% sure that its a waste of sp.....

The only ice nuke worth having is the AOE ice nuke.

I did a little test for you
hope it helps
this is just 1 random shot i made a screenshot of no Top or average but i think the dmg diffrence is clearly way too much

No problem
i have 5:1 INT
it kinda sucks
im Fire Cold Bich
i'm a really good tank this way but my dmg is low as you can see
9-12k with fire nuke on same level mobs with 6 gap
leveld up today so same level monsters with 7 gap
thinking about switching to light but i won't
