Click on spot where someone is standing

Is there any way to click on a spot to walk there if someone is already standing on that spot? I tried holding a few different buttons and clicking on that spot, but all that got me was murdering someone. And don't tell me to use the arrow keys. I want to click on the spot on the ground instead ov the player.

Keep an eye on where the player is standing, then press V and move there with your mouse
