Fuuu, my post is gone. 
But what do u like more? PVE, PVP etc. Cos u can't have a build that is "best" in every aspect.

For PvP, fire/ice/bich.
For PvE, Fire/light/bich.
You could always mix ice and light in order to have a bit of grasswalk/mobility. Something like 80ice/30light would work decent.

Bicheon / Fire / Force. Force because you get automatic stun 80% probability at 110.
