How do you know how much somthing is worth?

For example I have loads of tablets and elements I would like to sell because im low on cash.
How much are they?

i have elements from lvl1-5 and also loads of tablets of all lvls

hmm not that much, i would sell the higher 8 and up tablets and just npc the elements
