Im confused.

I've been plvling lately. Currently lvl 40. Highest mastery skill is lvl 38(Not going to go any further)
Am I still able to powerspfarm and get high rates?

Get a 9gap grind on mobs 11 lvls higher than your own lvl and sure you can pfarm (with grind I mean get plvled on mobs ~11 lvls higher), it just wont go as fast as ongfarm or anything like that.
