Is true that once u pass a certain level (e.g. lvl 100) u cant do the
earlier berserk quest anymore (e.g. lvl 95 zerk quest) and all the following berserk quests ?

Idk, but I think you have enuf time between 95 and 100 so you won't miss it...

well this was just an example as not many people are lvl 105 and so on ... but for the lvl 105 one u have to kill many uniques ... and with the current situation on the server partys are difficult to find especially for chiniese chars -.-

It used to be like this: if u didn't do the quest at lvl95 and u reached lvl100, u couldn't do either anymore.
With cap 110, that bug got fixed.
So it is possible to do lvl95 quest at 100+; I don't know about the 105 & 110 ranks, but they'll probably won't be bugged either.

Globals, lots and lots of globals.
When the first ones appeared who decided to: first lvl to 100 and then do the quest, saw they couldn't do any quest, there were globals for a week.
When cap 110 was released, they globalled for a day or 2 too. And I've seen people who now have a title that had the bug.
