can the char drop sos if died?

i was grinding then i died the sub weapon (cleric rod) has dropped from my character but it was npc weapon so no big problem
but my main weapon is sos so i'm askin can it be dropped if i killedd by a mob?

All the stories I heard tells me that SoX won't drop, no matter how many times you die.

Anything else can drop except your equipped weapon.

When you die, you can't dropped any equipped gear. If you are in murder status, you can drop stuff in inventory and equipped items.
If you have sox equipped though, even in murder it should not drop.
If you have an sox, but it's not equipped, you can still drop it. My friend lost his 32+7 sos shield back in 70 cap cuz he punched someone and they zerked his ass. Since he didn't have the shield equipped, it could drop.
Wep, regardless of being sox or normal, will never drop as long as you have it equipped.

Nope pet acts as a regular inventory
So anything in the pet can be dropped as wel ^^

No they're not, if it was a regular inventory then why can't autopot use pots from the pet, or why can't you store directly from your pet in your storage?

SoX items (equiped or not) dont drop. Dying with pk or not, you CANT drop SoX items. CANT! And yes Im 100% sure.

I died at the north east tomb in Jangan (now the Qin-Shi Tomb) and dropped my level 8 sos spear, albeit it was back at 80 cap I believe.

Than you are 100% wrong since i saw my friend drop his sos shield. Only equipped is it safe.

SoX doesn't drop anymore.
70 Cap, it does.
80 Cap i am not sure.
But since 90 Cap Sox doesn't drop anymore.
hav 5 pcs of unequipped sos in ma noob.
Delvled like a billion times... Everything dropped...
5 Sox stayed.

guess it might've changed than. The sos my friend dropped was back in 80 cap.

Did exactly the same, 800k sp farmed and daily delevel(sometimes PK). Never dropped my sos in my inventory.

Not true
I have seen people with murder status drop sox items when killed but this was ages ago.
I know for sure if you die by a mob orange or red you can drop items..it's happened to me with lag but sos.. I'm not to sure but I think you can.

SoX can drop if its in the inventory. A few months ago during 100 cap I borrowed my friends armor set to pvp. As he was equiping it after I returned it, someone murdered him and he dropped his sun 10d +7 head. >.< luckily not to the faqs that murdered him, but some random noob that sold it back to him.
Tho, deleveling while farming, I never dropped anything, either.

i just saw a couple of posts... guess what once at 9D my guild had a gw some one dropped a sun.. what happned is like always gw ends some people pk's each other in the end lol(he got pk'd HE WAS NOT A MURDER AT ALL).. he got pked and dropped it.. wolf or pets can't be dropped it's no way! u can drop any items ur not wearing them and the one you are wearing them have a rly low % but u still can drop them =)
