you dont need avatar to use it right? it will increase hp/mp 15% right but where you get 20% dmg or extra helpful buffs?

Don't need avatar. You get 15% extra hp and mp for 28 days. You get the 20% dmg inc/abs when you activate the spirit. You have to click on the skill that pops up. Can use once ever 15-30 mins. I forget. Only used it on friend's char since I never bought one myself.

28 Days when activated
24/7 15% hp/mp buff
10minute 20% phy/mag dmg, 10% moving speed increase
30minute cooldown (starting the second you activate the buff so if you fully use it it's 20min cooldown)
