I am new to this game and have search through forum for days but cant find any topic on up-level our weapon or armour.

If we cant up-level and need to sell then buy a higher level equipment or armour every time, then what is the use of making them +1, +2 etc or insert SOR or SOM?

Does it mean we have to make +1, +2 again each time we change a higher level weapon? This is really weird...

The main reason is say past level 20-30-40, leveling is slow, so you can safely add some blue or around 40s some SoX. You'll have the equipment for a while after all.

You cant insert SOS or SOM (you have to have got the item that way first from a drop or buying from a shop) but you can use elixors (weapon / protector / sheild / accesory) to make your items +1 +2 +3 etc

Usually at low level it is not worth using elixors (as they cost so much) to make items +1 +2 etc, but it is worth saving them untill higher lvl

The reason that you + an item is for every +1 it means the item is the equivalent of an item that is 1 lvl higher, so a +3 lvl 16 sword has the phys/mag atk of a lvl 19 sword. This gives an advantage to the player that some people want, also it means that you can attack higher level monsters than your level therefore getting more XP/SP

You do have to eventually sell it for a higher level weapon but for some people the boost it gives is worth it.

And yes it does mean that if you choose to, you would have to make it +1 +2 +3 again if you get a higher lvl item, thats why people seem to save them untill higher lvls when it takes a lot longer to level as a +3 weapon therefore lasts a lot longer before you have to buy a new weapon.

Need to change my mindset because I've been playing Conquer Online for past 2 yrs and the main motive is to upgrade & uplevel our weapon n armour to the best... but this game is totally different.. hahaha
