What whites and blues should be sufficient for a fire spear nuker full int pre capped?

atleast +41% or something like that
and for blues, the most important are int and str, after then parry,hp,durability,mp.

Str/int - always get the highest (so 100%) or the one under that (so str/int 5 or 6 for 10d and 6 or 7 for 11d)
Dura - Try to get it to 100% but a bit under it is ok too
Parry - Make sure you get 100% blue for this, it's very important
Hp/mp - Hp has to be 100% for sure, mp is preferred 100% but a bit lower is ok too.
For the whites try to get atleast 41% or higher on the parry and the reinforces and make sure it's +5 or better ofcourse.

like it was said 41%+ stats
as for blue
1st: HP and INT
2nd: STR
3rd: parry
