Are the 1 Mil suits buyable or do they come from drops?

They dont come from drops, you buy them from the specific people in each town

The 1mill trader suit comes fromt he traders in Hotan, The 1mill Hunter suit is bought from the guy just outside Hotan in the Hunter guild and the theif suit is bought from the theif town

There is no difference between the lower lvl theif suit and the higher levels at the moment other than the look so there isnt that much point buying one....unless you wanna look cool that is

and yea, when I look at my character I'd rather see a good looking orange and blue hunter suit than an ugly green and brown.
