Need Help With +% With Alchemy

The %'s behind the damage array simply means the amount the dmg deviates from npc stats.
In english
Npc spear =
160-300 dmg (0%)
Your spear
282-330 (22%)
yeh yeh, i know numbers is wrong;) but its to illustrate a point;)
your spear has 22% more dmg than a npc spear
edit: correct a bad mispelling;)

does it have anything toO do with alchemy...as in % of plusing the weapon from +1-5 ???

no.. your physical dmg is only 22% stronger than a npc sos 42+2 spear..
Thats all it means:)
So if Npcs sold these items, they would all have 0% behind each attribute, and be weaker than those found in the wild
