I started with alchemy. Till now (lvl12) I didn't need the results of it.
Due to the small item inventory I transform all drops I find into elements and store them at the Inn (NPC Sikeulro), together with all stone tablets I've found. Just for usage later on (after lvl20 or so).
Don't want to use it for low lvl equipment (wizzard staff).
Good idea or complete rubbish?

alchemy is pretty much useless until lvl 60 or 70. you go through your equiptment so fast at lower lvls; its just a waste of time and money. you can however start collecting elements like wind and fire. some sell for more than others so you should look that up.
