they are both good at pvp and jobbing. the builds are what would really make one better or the other. if i had to pick right now i would say rouge because of their increased range at higher lvls and the stealth skill

voted for bow.. actually i dont like the mass of bowers around, but if your a new player, i suggest you to take bower, it would easyer to win in a pvp than with a rogue, cuz rogue takes some skills while bowers most rely on pots and kb's

in the end you gonna want both but for now you can just use xbow. make sure it has a good crit though. 50%+

bow is better in 1 on 1 pvp...
but i prefer xbow in group pvp because euro skills actually help in groups
