Help me out here.

i am trying to do this quest, but i cant get it from the NPC.
Somhow i am doing somthing wrong or its just explained wrong at the website im reading the walktrought.

any thought on how i can activate this quest to get the magic stone of sharp on the completion of the quest.

I think a sharp stone is for one of those special resists (bleed/div/dull/hidden etc)...AFAIK those aren't in the game yet so the quest doesn't excist ingame.

it is implemented in sro. All you need to do is:

1. Your party must kill Roc,
2. You must make biggest dmg in party
3. Than you can pick up Roc claw (blue item like quest)
4. after repeating this three times u will get 3 Roc Claw and NPC will give you stone.

But unfortunetly u cant get over point 1:)

yea, roc has yet to be killed. so glwt

those stones actually do exist ive seen some screenies showing the new stones, although the translation is crappy and i dont know exactly what all of those mean :p

they give you immunity to the special statuses like bleed and fear. idk what status the sharp stone is but i remember back when roc first came out someone got some type of stone from one of the uniques roc spawns; one of the quest stones. if you want to go serching you can prob find more info about them i that post.

but it stil do not know how i can activat this quest.
On most website it says that the quest is activated at Hotan blacksmit NPC Soboi.
have gone to the NPC of hotan and talk to Soboi but he dos not givve me the quest to activate it.
If you guy know what i have to do, to get the (reward)stone you allso know how i must start this quest ... if not you just talking about smth you have no idea of???????????
Dont wanne offend anybody but you guys talk like you have done this 100 times and i still have no answer to my first question (

by reading the script from the ncp, it looks like you need a rocs claw to activate the quest; same with the other loot quests

Roc's clow is a qeust item you get after killing those special statuses, and or Roc himself.

But befor you can get those quest items you need to activate the quest, and at the NPC i dont get the quest from the "talking" to Soboi at hotan.

I don't know where you start the quest, but I do know those stones exsist. They are dropped from the uniques (quest item) because my friend has sleep 50% reduce, and fear 50% reduce on his earings lv 99...

first off, don't call me a smart ass for trying to help you. especially sense you have no idea wait your talking about. my last post wasn't in any way humorous or sarcastic. second, you can say ass on the internet. no one cares if you do it or not. its not like your moms gonna come on here and see it. and third, you do need a roc's claw in order to start the quest and its not the quest thats needed to go fight roc. after simply typing in the phrase "sro Roc Quest" into Google (something that you should have done in the first place) the first choice is a guide on how to get to the Gate of the Sovereign along with every quest related to roc in the order you need to do them. you cant just start in the middle. now in case using Google is too hard for you, now all you have to do is click the link.
