i would like to know what does luck on avatar. helps to + or put stones or better luck for drops?

Increases luck for alchemy.
You should also get the Ignore Defence 1%. Even tough it's a small chance, it'll still happen.

what should i put for STR stats i know for sure mp and Hp reg

I like to use the ones that increase % like atack rateing etc but i never use all slots because jomax is still makeing new blues

Those are just for standing/sitting regen, not pots. Get the % ones (except the regens >.<) and like str1 or 150hp. It might not be much but it's atleast better than 25% regen lol.
