i checked the honor rank and saw like 45 grads and i had 45 how come my name is not there and i didnt get my 10% honor buff y?? How do u get the buff?

I think it's the amount of points you have from all of the graduates, not the amount of graduates itself that count.

Fixed.

You can be ranked higher with less graduates as long as you have more points.

oh i see how im suppose to check how many pts i need to get into the rank?

At the 'C' screen you can see your own honor points, then check at the storage rankings how many points you need to get in the top 50 and move on from there.

if you notice the numbers in troy, there pretty screw up, there was one had 85 graduates and there was a guy on top of him with 40...Joymax screw it up big time, that and jobs symbols.

Just check how much #50 has, you need 1 more point than that to get in the top 50, 1 point more than the #20 to get in the top 20 etc etc.

/Edit: Ok it doesn't show the points, my bad. Just check the lowest amount of graduates around the #50-45 and you'll need about the same or a bit more to get in the top 50. I assume you know how honor points work (40-lvl at time of joining=amount of honor points gained, with a max of lvl 30 joined, anything above that won't give you any honor points when they graduate). Which means a guy with 5 graduates can have more than a guy with 10 graduates.

ok i will ask ppl around troy that has around my grads i have only 600+ honor pts now

600/39=15.4 graduates as min and 600/10=60 graduates as max. The lowest in Xian was 21 at #47 or something so here you should be in the top 50 but I don't know about your server

mmh how do people get more points at 40 grad compare to 85 grad which he get less? still dont get that is it depend on the lvl u start graduating people?

each graduate is almost like 50 honor pts. Probably when i get 70+ grads then ill be in the top 50 lol

You get points according to the amount of lvl's they were in your academy with min being lvl 1 and max being lvl 30 where they can join and you'll still get points. Then you can just do lvl 40 (the lvl you graduate) minus the lvl they joined (between lvl 1 and 30) and voila, you got the amount of honor points they give you (with 39 being max and 10 being min).
