I've recently made a S/S Nuker(100bich/100ice/100light) and I'm wondering if its possible to SP farm at lvl 28? and if I cant what are some other options?

Sure it's possible. Make a 9 gap, get sox gear/weapons and start killing punishers, they have a great spawn rate. Or get powerfarmed with this gap at quest sungsungs (by the river).

Get to lvl 30 first so you can get your nukes, they will accelerate your kill rate.

If you going sp farm on your own is really easy, just go 5-10gap mobs higher then you see if you can handle them, and kill them really fast if you can try lower then you but watch out for your sp, if your lv 28 go dw and fight mobs on west side of dw lv 29-30, if you can handle higher go scroptions there alot of them look for a good spot(good respond, not alot of bots) and just have fun and try not get bord really easy lol.

For example which im going do sense im working on my gap, Im going be 76(with 9gap) im look how my lv mobs are(how much sp there giving me by the hour, how fast and how long i take, and how long they respond), if that dosnt work i keep going up 77,78,79,80 whatever its good, along i dont burn my hp or mp, good sp cuz if there too high sp amount is not going be too great. And if you got a prem+monkey make things faster you will do great!

A stupid question would I be able to buy silk with a lvl 20 char and then buy what items(pet and sp ticket) i want then put em in storage so my other char can get them?

if your other char are in the same acc yeah!

you buy silk not for your char, but for your account. So if you buy 100 silk, you can use them on that account, on any char on any server.

Evil Order Soldiers have way better spawns than Punishers, just by the way...
