How to get +5 or +4 item easily?

I got premium plus and still can't +5 or +4 items zzz

theres actually no secret in this, you just need some luck and having luck on your items as well as Premium +, also you should fuse where there's no lag, its better (they say)

so i need to buy lucky stone and just place it on the item so it will have lucky in it then use elixir to make it +5?

to assure a + you would need a luck stone, lucky powder, and prem + this is to assure a + but it may still fail :p

Alchemy is random, you can make +9 with 9 elix or +5 with 300, or even fail after that. Just keep trying and you should make it eventually.
