what do ratios mean?

like, im looking at a 69:70 spear hybrid build... but what exactly do those numbers mean? does it mean like 69 str and 70 int?

69% phy balance, and 70% int balance. (naked, of coarse)

i don't get what you mean -.-

when you take all your armor, weapons, accesories, check your phy and mag balance to see your ratio. as you lvl up you increase str and int to create a balance when clothless
