how can i heal my self with healing cycle without clicking on my name

you can select yourself with ctr+1 if i'm not mistaken, but you should wait for someone to confirm what i said

Yup, that does work, but after doing it you have to wait a little, its a slight delay before it fully changes. (your name will get bold instantly but if you try to do it, it will still heal your previous target)

easier: get full pimp set, and use healing orbit, works for my warrior cleric

Cycle heals more at 80 atleast, dunno about 90/100. And untill 80 you don't have healing orbit lol.

Id rather use cycle, with faster casting time, more HP healed at 100 and double-less MP combustion and click myself, than using orbit.

scorn ruins cycle though

You could always set hotkey for last selection so you can select you and 1 mob/player and press hotkey to switch between the two
